Paula M. Charles

Paula Charles is a seasoned professional in retail leasing with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as First Vice President of Leasing at PREIT since November 2018, Paula previously held significant roles, including Senior Vice President of Leasing at Steiner + Associates, Inc., where oversight included the development of the 825,000 sq. ft. Lake Nona Town Center. Prior experience also includes Vice President of Leasing at General Growth Properties, Inc., managing a portfolio of 13 regional malls, and Director of Specialty Leasing at Kravco Company LLC, where Paula established programs for 16 malls. Educational background includes a BA in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA in Marketing from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
