Christina Griffiths has an extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Christina started their career as a Sales Assistant at Hilton Harrisburg in 2009 and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they held positions as a Media Grant Coordinator and Communications and Operations Director at Communities In Schools of Pennsylvania. In 2013, they joined the Pennsylvania School Boards Association as the Chief of Staff and later became the Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Additionally, from 2014 to 2018, they served as the Executive Director at the Pennsylvania Public Education Foundation.
Christina Griffiths holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Central Penn College, which they obtained between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Graphic Design at the same institution from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Christina obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Central Penn College. Christina also holds an Associate's degree in Marketing from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College. In terms of certifications, Christina obtained an Insurance Agent, Property & Casualty certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in April 2023, and a Pennsylvania Education Policy Certificate from THE EDUCATION POLICY AND LEADERSHIP CENTER INC in 2016.
