Jennifer Cramer, CMP, has extensive experience in conference and event management. Jennifer most recently served as the Director of Conferences and Events at the Pennsylvania School Boards Association, where they handled all aspects of organizing multi-day conferences. Prior to that, they worked at Calabrese Management as the Director of Conferences and Events, overseeing logistical details for 7 associations. Jennifer previously held the position of Director of Administrative Services at the Pennsylvania Mental Health Consumers Association and started their career as an Intake Coordinator at Keystone Service Systems - Early Intervention Services.
Jennifer Cramer, CMP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communications at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, from 1989 to 1991. Jennifer's education timeline began with their graduation from Central Dauphin Senior High School in 1986. Jennifer has also earned additional certifications, including the Certified Meeting Professional from the Convention Industry Council in 2018 and the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from the Events Industry Council in December 2018.
