Andrew Dixon

Andrew Dixon is an experienced labor union representative with a diverse background in membership growth and advocacy within the education sector. Currently serving as a UniServ Representative for the Pennsylvania State Education Association since June 2022, Andrew has previously held positions as a Staff Representative at the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals, and Team Lead at the American Federation of Teachers, where leadership was demonstrated through managing a state-wide project in New Jersey. Additionally, Andrew has experience in staff recruitment, member outreach, and executive leadership within labor organizations, alongside a background in systems analysis at Prudential Financial. Andrew holds advanced degrees in Renaissance English Literature from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree from Lafayette College.
