Dustin Mott is an experienced education professional with a strong background in teaching and leadership. Currently serving as a UniServ Representative for the Pennsylvania State Education Association since May 2016, Mott previously held the position of Chief Negotiator for the Kennett Education Association from July 2008 to May 2016, where a successor agreement with the Kennett Consolidated School District was successfully negotiated. Mott has also contributed to the Kennett Consolidated School District as a High School Mathematics Teacher from August 2000 to May 2016, instructing subjects including Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Applications of Algebra, and Introductory Statistics, and served as the Head Baseball Coach. Mott's educational qualifications include a Principal Certification from Temple University, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

PSEA represents the labor, policy, and professional interests of 178,000 public school teachers and education support professionals, staff in state higher education institutions, nurses in health care facilities, retired educators, and college students preparing to become teachers.
