Lisa Lyter serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Pennsylvania State Education Association since October 2002, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles at GENCO, where Lisa held positions as Regional HR Manager and Management Staffing Manager/Human Resources Generalist from February 1999 to October 2002. Lisa holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University.
