Teresa Colgate has extensive experience in the field of operations and computing, with a career spanning several decades. Beginning as an Operations Scheduler at Commonwealth National Bank from September 1973 to April 1985, Teresa then transitioned to the role of Computer Operator at the Pennsylvania State Education Association in April 1985, where Teresa has remained since. Teresa completed education at Central Dauphin East, earning a High School Diploma between 1970 and 1974.

PSEA represents the labor, policy, and professional interests of 178,000 public school teachers and education support professionals, staff in state higher education institutions, nurses in health care facilities, retired educators, and college students preparing to become teachers.
