David J. Kozak

David J. Kozak, MBA, currently serves as Chief of Staff for Senator Dan Laughlin in the Pennsylvania State Senate, a position held since December 2016. Previously, David held legislative director roles for Senators Bob Mensch and Wayne Langerholc, Jr., where responsibilities included converting policy initiatives into legislation and analyzing legislative documents.
