Joseph Foust

Joseph Foust currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Senator Cris Dush in the Pennsylvania State Senate, a role held since December 2020. Prior to this position, Joseph was the Director of Veterans Outreach for Pennsylvania during a presidential campaign in 2020. Joseph's military experience includes serving as Director of Cyber & Supply Chain Threat Analysis for a US Navy pilot program, achieving significant advancements in data management and analytics. Additional roles in the Navy included mentoring officers and authoring project plans, alongside positions such as Entrepreneur at Dynamic Communication Solutions and Adjunct Professor at Messiah College. Joseph's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Persuasive Communication and Rhetoric from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wheaton College.
