Julie Peachey has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on poverty alleviation and financial empowerment. Currently serving as the Deputy State Treasurer for Consumer Programs at Pennsylvania Treasury, Julie leads initiatives like the PA529 College & Career Savings Program and works with community partners to enhance savings for families. Previously, as Director at Innovations for Poverty Action, Julie oversaw the Poverty Probability Index, a household poverty measurement tool. At Grameen Foundation, Julie held several key positions, including Senior Director of Social Performance Management and Country Director for the Philippines, where strategic partnerships and savings initiatives were developed. Julie's earlier roles include strategic project management at ThoughtWorks and accounting positions at Hewitt Associates and KPMG. Julie holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
