Lloyd Ebright has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lloyd started their career as a Registered Representative at John Hancock from 1999 to 2006. In 2010, they joined the Pennsylvania Treasury, where they held various roles such as Policy Analyst, Continuity of Operations Program Manager, Senior Analyst for Policy and Programs, Assistant Director, and Senior Investment Analyst. Most recently, they became the Managing Director at Pennsylvania Treasury in February 2022. Additionally, they also worked as a Staff member for the United States Senate from March 2010 to October 2010.
Lloyd Ebright completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics at The University of Toledo from 2005 to 2008. Lloyd further pursued their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics from 2008 to 2009.

Stacy understands the challenges that Pennsylvania families face, and she brings the same common sense that people use to manage their own finances to the Treasurer’s office. As the treasurer of Pennsylvania, Stacy oversees an office of approximately 340 employees and is tasked with protecting $110 billion in state assets. Among her many duties, she safeguards the financial health of the state, manages Pennsylvania’s 529 College and Career Savings Program and the PA ABLE Savings Program for disability-related expenses, and administers the unclaimed property program. Stacy was elected on November 3, 2020, and was sworn into office on January 19, 2021.
