Victoria Garbutt

Victoria Garbutt is an experienced educator and artist, currently serving as a Watercolor Instructor at Penelope Fox Studios since October 2021 and an Art Instructor and UX/UI Designer at PA Virtual Charter School since December 2020. Previous roles include Gifted and Talented Teacher at Parkway Elementary School, Substitute Teacher at Fort Dix Elementary School, and Teaching Assistant at Monmouth University, where responsibilities encompassed organizing classroom lessons and coordinating art projects. Victoria's background also includes developing lesson plans at Perkins Center for the Arts and undertaking a Graphic Design and Photography Internship at Modern Veteran. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Graphic Design from Monmouth University, a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Rider University, and a certificate in UX/UI Design from Avocademy.
