Lianna Spalding has a diverse work experience. Lianna started their career as a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor at the University of Leeds in September 2018, where they provided personal training to 30 concurrent clients and focused on assessing individuals' mental and physical states. Lianna also worked as a Personal Trainer at The Gym Group from March 2018 to August 2018.

In 2015, Lianna joined Sainsbury's as a Customer Service Assistant, where they excelled in the role and had sporadic supervisory responsibilities. Lianna developed patience and a strong work ethic while maintaining quantifiable KPI indexes.
