Ben Haywood-Abbott has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ben is currently the Head of Sales & Distribution at Penny Black, an ecommerce packaging company that focuses on providing personalized customer experiences. Prior to this, Ben worked at Salesforce as an Account Director, where they helped companies connect with their customers and make data-driven decisions. Before that, they served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Digital Fineprint, where they played a key role in designing and executing the sales and distribution strategy. Ben also took a career break to travel in 2018. Their earlier experiences include working as an Enterprise Business Development Manager at Wazoku, a software company focused on innovation and ideation, and as a New Business Manager at Kantar Media, where they contributed to the development of a media monitoring service. Ben also worked as a Business Development Manager at him!, a retail consultancy, and as a Sales Manager at Tom James Company, a clothing retailer.

Ben Haywood-Abbott attended St Mary's University, Twickenham from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Performance and Professional and Creative Writing. Ben also has an additional certification in TEFL: Teaching English as a Foreign Language, obtained from the TEFL Institute.
