Cynthia Shackelford

Cynthia Shackelford works as a Bilingual Diversity Equity and Inclusion Facilitator, Parent Partner, Bilingual Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist at Penny Lane Centers. Cynthia is also a Family to Family Instructor (Spanish) as a volunteer at the National Alliance for Mental Illness. Additionally, Cynthia has worked as an Interpreter/Translator (Spanish) as an Independent Contractor. Cynthia previously held the position of Treatment Planning Coordinator at Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center. Cynthia holds a B.A. in Psychology and is a Certified Forensic Interpreter/Translator in Spanish from UCLA.
