Edwin Kuhn

Edwin Kuhn started their career in 2015 at CBRE, where they worked as a Debt and Structured Finance professional until 2020. In 2021, they joined American Real Estate Partners (AREP) as a Summer Associate, focusing on Acquisitions. Currently, they are working at Pennybacker Capital as an Associate, specializing in Investments and Portfolio Optimization since July 2022.

Edwin Kuhn completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, specializing in Real Estate Investment and Finance, from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, which they completed between 2011 and 2015. In 2013, Edwin also briefly attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned during this period.
