Jason Dean

Jason Dean has a strong background in real estate and project management. Jason started their career as a Field Engineer at WEST Builders from June 2008 to December 2009, then moved on to become a Project Engineer from January 2010 to May 2011. Jason continued their project management experience at Project Management Advisors as a Project Manager from June 2011 to May 2012. In 2012, Jason joined AIMCO as a Director from June 2012 to February 2013. Jason then worked as an MBA Intern at Grosvenor Group from May 2013 to February 2014. Jason's most recent position was at Pennybacker Capital, where they started as an Associate from August 2014 to December 2015. Jason then worked their way up to Vice President from January 2016 to December 2018 and Managing Director from January 2019 to January 2023. Currently, Jason holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at Pennybacker Capital since January 2023.

Jason Dean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in 2007. Jason then pursued further studies and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate and Finance at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2014.
