Samuel M Warfield has a diverse work experience in the finance and legal sectors. Samuel M is currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure at Pennybacker Capital since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Arroyo Investors, where they held the position of Managing Director and Head of U.S. Investments. Their responsibilities included overseeing investments in infrastructure projects throughout the Americas. Before joining Arroyo Investors, Samuel worked as a Principal, also in the Head of U.S. Investments role, from February 2016 to December 2021. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, specializing in mergers & acquisitions with a focus on power and infrastructure. Samuel's expertise lies in investment origination, execution, and oversight, particularly in the field of infrastructure.

Samuel M Warfield has completed their education at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree. Before that, they also earned a degree in B.S.B.A., with a focus on Finance and Real Estate, from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Prior to their university education, Samuel attended The Bolles School for their primary education. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications from the New York State Bar and The Florida Bar, where they are a member in good standing.
