Thomas Beier

Thomas Beier has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Thomas began their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit professional in 2005. After working there for nearly two years, they moved on to N3 Development, Ltd. in 2006, where they served as an Associate for just over a year. In 2007, Thomas joined Pennybacker Capital, a real estate private equity firm based in Austin, Texas. At Pennybacker Capital, they held multiple roles over the years, starting as a Principal and Portfolio Manager for Value Funds. Thomas then progressed to become the Principal and Chief Operating Officer (COO) before assuming the role of President in 2023. Thomas played an integral role in the firm's investments and operations, focusing on middle market multifamily, office, and retail assets in sustainable areas throughout the United States.

Thomas Beier attended St. Mary's High School for their secondary education. After completing high school, they enrolled at Texas Christian University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a BBA degree with a focus on Finance & Accounting. In 2018, Thomas attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, specifically the Program for Leadership Development. Thomas completed this program in 2019 and is now a proud alumnus of HBS-PLDA 27. Additionally, Thomas has obtained the CPA certification, although further information regarding the institution and specific dates of completion is not available.
