Felix Blossier

Felix Blossier is the Co-Founder and COO at Pennylane. Felix has also worked as a Manager ('Rapporteur') on the Interministerial Committee for Industrial Restructuring at the French Treasury, as well as in various short-term special advisor/project manager positions, such as at the French Embassy in Saudi Arabia, the Prefecture of the Morbihan, DCI, and Marubeni Corporation. Prior to that, they were a founding partner at PriceMatch, which was acquired by Booking.com in 2015.

After Felix Blossier graduated from the École Polytechnique, they studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they earned a master's degree in law and government. Felix then attended Sciences Po, where they earned a master's degree in economics and public policy. Finally, they participated in an exchange abroad program at UC San Diego, where they studied economics, statistics, and international relations.
