Stanislas de Villoutreys

Stanislas de Villoutreys is the Head of Legal, Compliance & Risk at Pennylane. Prior to this, they were the Group General Counsel at AODocs from March 2019 to November 2021. Stanislas has also worked as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from June 2016 to December 2018, and at Linklaters from September 2015 to June 2016. Stanislas began their career as a legal intern at Latham & Watkins from April 2014 to July 2014, and then at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from June 2013 to August 2013. Stanislas also interned at Gide Loyrette Nouel from July 2012 to December 2012.

Stanislas de Villoutreys has a master's degree in laws from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. Stanislas also has a master's degree in business and tax law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. In addition, they have a Grande Ecole - Master of Science (M.Sc.) from HEC Paris. Stanislas also has a Licence de droit privé from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. Finally, they have a certification from the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate division in Attorney and Counselor-at-Law.
