James Follette

Jim Follette has been Senior Managing Director and Chief Mortgage Fulfillment Officer of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) since February of 2018. He is responsible for all operational activities as well as the advancement of risk mitigation and technology strategies across the company’s correspondent, consumer direct, and broker direct lending channels.

Prior to joining PennyMac in June 2011, Mr. Follette most recently served as Senior Vice President at Bank of America Home Loans, where he led operations and risk management for the country’s largest correspondent aggregator at the time, with responsibilities across all aspects of operational management, transactional risk management and business development. From 2003 to 2011, Mr. Follette was employed at Countrywide Financial Corporation, a predecessor to Bank of America Home Loans, and was Managing Director, Risk Management. Prior to Countrywide, Mr. Follette was President of Flood for Landsafe.

He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
