Barry Dwyer

Senior Vice President, Principal Architect, Servicing Technologies at PennyMac

Barry Dwyer has extensive experience in software development and architecture. Barry started their career as a Microsoft Developer at RHI Corporation, where they gained knowledge in various systems and tools. Barry then worked at LoanWeb as a Lead Developer, responsible for developing and maintaining the company's public websites. After that, they joined Software Management Consultants as a Senior Consultant at Universal Music Group, where they implemented software development life cycle improvements and analyzed current systems to address business challenges. Barry also worked at MySpace as a Senior Software Developer, developing systems for media detection and management. Currently, they are employed at PennyMac, where they have held various positions including Senior Software Developer, Vice President, Senior Software Architect, and First Vice President, Application Development. In their current role at PennyMac, they have architected and developed a customer-facing loan servicing website.

Barry Dwyer obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1994 to 1999. In 1999, they also received a Diploma in Applied Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
