Brad Stayte

Brad Stayte currently serves as Vice President of Architecture at PennyMac, where responsibilities include architecture and design for new product initiatives. Previously, Brad held the position of Assistant Vice President of Application Development at PennyMac, leading the development and launch of a consumer point of sale portal. Prior to that, Brad was a Senior Solutions Architect, focusing on correspondent lending solutions. With substantial experience at E-gineering, LLC from 2007 to 2020 as a Solutions Architect and Practice & Team Lead, Brad managed custom software development projects across various industries. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Crowe Horwath LLP, specializing in a Microsoft-based tech stack. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems Technology from Purdue University.
