David Sunlin

David Sunlin is an experienced executive in the mortgage servicing and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Loan Servicing at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC since April 2017, Sunlin previously held senior leadership positions at several notable companies. These include Senior Vice President of Operations at Mortgage Contracting Services, where vendor management and operations for national title services were overseen, and Senior Vice President of Default Services at Xome, managing default auction businesses. Sunlin's career also includes strategic roles at Auction.com and Bank of America, where significant contributions were made over a 15-year period in default mortgage servicing. Sunlin holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University.
