Donna's career then led their to Countrywide Home Loans, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. As an Assistant Manager in Loss Mitigation, they oversaw the Loss Prevention team and workout review committee. donna was later promoted to Assistant Vice President, managing the Home Equity Retention and Collections teams, as well as the foreclosure review committee and loss prevention teams. donna then served as Vice President of Loan Retention, responsible for the Home Equity Line of Credit Retention team.

Donna's career continued at Bank of America, where they held roles including First Vice President of Business Support Manager II, overseeing the Portfolio Communications department and its compliance functions. donna also served as a Senior Vice President in Customer Contact, providing direction and leadership for the call centers and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Currently, Donna is a Senior Vice President at PENNYMAC, where they are responsible for providing oversight and leadership for the Customer Contact Workforce Management and Quality teams, as well as training and compliance deliverables.
