Dorit Warner

Dorit Warner is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and counsel roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at PENNYMAC since March 2020, Warner previously held positions including First Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the same organization, where responsibilities encompassed managing nationwide litigation matters related to residential mortgage loans. Prior experience includes working at Reed Smith LLP as a Senior Litigation Associate and serving a significant client on the Bank of America's Enterprise Litigation Team.
