Janis Ferrin Allen

Janis Ferrin Allen has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on regulatory compliance and corporate real estate. Janis held various senior executive roles at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, including Executive Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, Senior Vice President of Workforce Planning and Corporate Real Estate, and Senior Vice President of Regulatory Counsel. In these roles, they oversaw multiple corporate real estate facilities, managed construction projects, and supported employee safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Janis also played a key role in developing regulatory policies and training employees on interacting with regulators. Prior to their time at PennyMac, Allen worked at Bank of America as a Regulatory Relations Director, responsible for managing regulatory relationships related to mortgage, credit card, and deposit products. Janis also served as a Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Countrywide Home Loans, where they provided legal counsel and held leadership positions.

Janis Ferrin Allen received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Northridge in 1990. Later, they pursued a Juris Doctorate degree in Law from Ventura College of Law and completed it in 1997.
