Kisha Parker Croom

Kisha Parker Croom, JD/MBA, is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and sustainability. Currently serving as Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Corporate Sustainability at PENNYMAC since May 2013, Kisha has advised clients and senior management on significant legal issues in various capacities. Previous roles include Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary at DineEquity, Inc., and Senior Corporate Attorney at Duke Realty Corporation, where Kisha provided counsel on corporate finance, governance, and compliance matters. Kisha began a legal career at Alston & Bird LLP as a Corporate Associate and previously worked as an Investment Banking Financial Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston. Kisha holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Spelman College.
