Lenin Kancharla

Lenin Kancharla has extensive work experience in the technology and finance industry. Lenin started their career as a Management Trainee at ITW Signode India Ltd in 1996. Lenin then moved on to work as a Sr Software Engineer at Metamor Global Solutions (PSI Net) from 1997 to 2000. After that, they joined SemanticSpace Technologies as an Assistant Project Manager from 2000 to 2002. Lenin then transitioned to Bank of America, where they served as a VP and Technology Manager from 2002 to 2014. Currently, Lenin is the Vice President of Application Development at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC since 2014.

Lenin Kancharla earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Systems Technology at California Lutheran University, from 2009 to 2011.
