Maddie Stigler

Maddie Stigler is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Vice President of Application Development at PENNYMAC since November 2021, Maddie previously held various roles, including Assistant Vice President and Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Capital One from April 2018 to November 2021, where Maddie led a project team in the Commercial Loan Servicing space, utilizing technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, GoLang, Python, and Dotnet. Prior roles at CapTech Ventures, Inc. involved consulting on automation projects and mentoring interns, as well as prior internships where Maddie developed a custom LMS and contributed to an Alexa skill project. Maddie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Art from the University of Virginia.
