Mallory Garner

Mallory Garner is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director and General Counsel for Mortgage Operations at PENNYMAC since January 2011, Mallory has previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at Bank of America from 2008 to 2011 and Executive Vice President at Countrywide Financial Corporation from 1999 to 2008. Mallory Garner holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, obtained from 1985 to 1988, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and American Literature from The George Washington University, earned from 1982 to 1985.
