Nasrin Nadim

Nasrin Nadim is a seasoned UAT team lead and manager with extensive experience in the financial services and government sectors. Since December 2019, Nasrin has been leading testing teams at PENNYMAC, contributing to increased revenue through effective management of the Consumer Direct Lending Application upgrade. Previously, Nasrin managed the Automotive Road User Safety Modernization Program at the Ministry of Transportation Ontario and applied agile methodologies at Union Bank to enhance project efficiency. With a strong foundation in QA processes from roles at CIBC Bank and Manulife Financial Corporation, Nasrin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tehran and multiple certifications, including Lean Six Sigma and Certified Business Analysis Professional from the University of Toronto.
