Scott Yannich

Executive Vice President, Technology PMO at PennyMac

Scott Yannich has extensive experience in project and portfolio management, with a focus on technology and process improvement initiatives. Scott currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Technology PMO at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, where they oversee a team of professionals and leads the execution of a multimillion-dollar enterprise technology project portfolio. Scott'skey achievements include managing Agile transformation and partnering with Agile coaches to drive mindset and process changes.

Prior to their current role, Yannich held the position of Senior Vice President of the Enterprise PMO at PennyMac, where they successfully led a $100 million system migration initiative and implemented a project management training program.

Before joining PennyMac, Yannich worked at Farmers Insurance as the National Manager of Strategic Initiatives, where they oversaw a multi-portfolio project management organization and delivered critical initiatives aligned with the strategic vision of the Claims organization.

Earlier in their career, Yannich served as a Senior Vice President and Sr. Project Manager at Bank of America, where they established a portfolio management structure and closed over 70 projects. Scott also held the role of Assistant Vice President and Project Manager, leading process design and remediation efforts within the Legacy Asset Servicing organization.

Throughout their career, Yannich has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully executing complex projects and driving organizational change. Scott holds several certifications, including PgMP, PMP, CSSBB, and SAFe Agilist.

Scott Yannich attended UC Santa Barbara from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have earned several certifications, including PgMP Certification, PMP Certification, CSSBB (Six Sigma Black Belt), and SAFe Agilist Certification. Scott obtained their PgMP Certification in 2016, PMP Certification and CSSBB in 2017, SAFe Agilist Certification in 2015, and their Bachelor's degree in 2004.
