Sempad Terzian

Sempad Terzian has extensive work experience in the field of IT and application development. Sempad is currently the First Vice President of Application Development at PennyMac, a position they have held since August 2022. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Application Development at PennyMac from June 2021 to August 2022.

Prior to their role at PennyMac, Terzian worked at 20th Century Fox Film for a significant portion of their career. Sempad held various positions at 20th Century Fox Film, starting as a Sr. IT Business Analyst from August 2005 to July 2008. Sempad then worked as a Functional Lead Business Analyst from August 2008 to June 2011, where they served as the product owner for the implementation of custom systems. Terzian then transitioned to the role of Project Manager from July 2011 to June 2014, where they led the launch and re-architecture of the Vendor Order Management system. Sempad later became an Associate Director of IT from July 2014 to June 2017, overseeing system upgrades and driving synergies with other business groups. Finally, they held the position of Director of IT from July 2017 to June 2020, partnering in the enterprise strategy initiative and delivering projects on time and under budget.

Terzian's earlier work experience includes roles at Clarion as an IT Business Analyst from February 2001 to August 2005, where they analyzed business processes and provided technical solutions, and at Roseburg Forest Products as a Sr. JDE Technical Consultant from December 1998 to February 2001, where they developed and maintained custom JD Edwards applications and reports.
