Tanya Tan

Tanya Tan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in the financial sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at PENNYMAC since January 2012, Tanya has held various senior roles within the organization, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President. Prior to PENNYMAC, Tanya was Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Privacy & Legislative Affairs at ValueClick from December 2007 to January 2012, and held the position of First Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel at CHL, Inc. from 2002 to 2007. Tanya obtained a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Scripps College, complemented by studies at Universitat de Barcelona.
