Tina Deshane

Tina DeShane has over 30 years of work experience in the mortgage and finance industry. Tina currently serves as the Vice President Core Non-Default - Insurance at PENNYMAC since May 2022. Prior to that, Tina worked as the Vice President, Mortgage Fulfillment at PennyMac Broker Direct from June 2020 to May 2022. Tina also held the position of AVP of Closing and Funding, Wholesale at Mr. Cooper from February 2019 to June 2020. Before that, they worked at Pacific Union Financial, LLC as the Director, Closing/Funding from August 2018 to February 2019, as the Site Director, Dallas Operations from April 2018 to August 2018, and as the National Director of Closing and Funding from March 2018 to April 2018. From September 2012 to March 2018, Tina worked at CMG Financial as the Senior Closing/Funding Manager for wholesale, where they managed a team and ensured compliance with various requirements. Prior to that, they held roles at MetLife Home Loans as a Doc Drawer and Mortgage Loan Specialist, at Stewart Title Company as an Escrow Officer, at First American as an Escrow Officer, at W R Starkey as a Mortgage Closer/Funder, and at CTX Mortgage Co as a Closer/Funder. Tina's work experience encompasses various aspects of mortgage operations, including closing, funding, compliance, and management.

Tina DeShane attended Mansfield High School from 1987 to 1991. Tina did not earn a degree or specialize in any field at this institution. Tina also enrolled at the University of Texas, though the duration and any degrees or fields of study are unknown. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a wEMRG Leadership Development and Personal Branding Certificate of Completion from PENNYMAC in 2023 and a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging certificate from LinkedIn in 2021.
