Angela Payne has had a variety of work experiences throughout their career. Angela started as an Advertising Sales Representative at The Greeley Tribune in 2002. From there, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at RE/MAX Properties Inc. in Colorado Springs from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Radiology and Imaging Consultants/Peak Medical Management as a Refund and AR Specialist, where they worked closely with insurance companies and handled customer inquiries. In 2010, they moved to Penrad Imaging, initially working as a Claims and Contract Specialist, auditing patient accounts and addressing billing inquiries. Later, they became a Business Services Analyst, managing health insurance contracts and regularly auditing insurance company fee schedules. Since July 2018, Angela has been serving as the Director Of Business Services at Penrad Imaging, remotely overseeing a team of 33 employees and coaching them to meet their goals.
Angela Payne earned a BA in Journalism and Technical Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in English from Colorado State University in the years 1998-2002. Angela completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management at Western Governors University from 2022-2023. Additionally, Angela obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in 2022 and as an Imagine Certified Enterprise Expert and Imagine Certified Professional from ImagineSoftware (Technology Partners, LLC) in 2019.

In addition, our facility at Sisters Grove Pavilion has been awarded "The Breast Imaging Center of Excellence" designation. This is awarded to breast imaging centers that achieve excellence by seeking and earning accreditation in all of the ACR’s voluntary breast-imaging accreditation programs and modules, in addition to the mandatory Mammography Accreditation Program. We utilize, in conjunction with Penrose Hospital and Penrose St. Francis, a HIPAA compliant computerized image storage and retrieval system allowing your images to be viewed through the internet by providers inside and outside of the hospital reducing the risk of unnecessary repeat imaging studies all while maintaining your privacy.
