Joshua Hull has a robust background in civil engineering with extensive experience at Penrith City Council since February 2014, progressing from Trainee Traffic Engineer to Traffic Engineering Coordinator while also serving as a Senior Engineer for Major Developments and Development Engineer. Prior to this role, Joshua gained customer service experience as a Store Associate at Toys"R"Us from September 2008 to January 2014.
