Robin Cook

Robin Cook was elected to Penrith City Council at a by-election in May 2018 and re-elected at the 2021 election. Cr Cook has lived in the Penrith area for 39 years and her family has a long history in Penrith spanning many generations. Her great uncle was elected to Penrith Council in 1936.
