Mathew Luszczynski CA has accumulated extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Penrith Panthers since March 2003, where previous roles included Financial Controller, Finance Team Leader, and Financial Accountant. Prior to this, Mathew held the position of Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young from January 1998 to February 2003. Educationally, Mathew is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Western Sydney University, obtained between 1995 and 1997, and completed studies at St Gregory's College Campbelltown from 1989 to 1994.

Penrith Panthers
The Penrith Panthers are one of 16 rugby league teams within the National Rugby League (NRL) competition. Founded in 1967, the Panthers have won the premiership six times (1991, 2003, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024). The Panthers senior and junior squads, along with rugby league administration employees are based in the Panthers Rugby League Academy. The Academy is a $22 million dollar high performance training and development facility. The Academy was opened in 2017 by the Hon. Malcolm Turnbull MP, Prime Minister. The Academy consists of two full-size all-weather training fields, two gymnasiums, hot and cold plunge pools, a 61-seat team auditorium, medical rooms, a number of recreational areas for players and staff, as well as administration offices.
