Greg Hilton has a long and varied work experience. Greg began their career in 2000 as a Board Member for Lutheran Social Services of the South. In 2003, they joined the Board of Trustees for Trinity Charter School. In 2006, they became a Principle Software Engineer for ESP Solutions Group. In 2007, they were a Principal Software Architect for Ixia (formerly Anue Systems). In 2013, they Co-Founded Waterloo Springs. In 2014, they Co-Founded TensErgo. In 2016, they became a Full-Stack Developer and acting CTO for myRollCall. In 2017, they became a Principal Software Engineer for Spanning Cloud Apps. Finally, in 2019, they became a Senior Software Engineer for Pensa Systems.

Greg Hilton attended Rice University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a BSEE in Electrical Engineering. Greg returned to Rice University from 1983 to 1984 to earn an MEE in Electrical Engineering.
