Kathy Larchian

Kathy Larchian has a range of work experience in diverse roles and industries. Kathy began their career in 1995 as a Business Manager at Barry Berger and Associates, where they worked until 1997. Following this, Kathy joined Smart Design in 1998 as a Business Manager and remained there until 2003. In 2005, they co-founded Pensa LLC and became a Partner in the company. In 2013, Kathy co-founded Pensa Labs, where they also serve as a Partner. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated their expertise in business management and has played a pivotal role in the success of the companies they have been involved with.

Kathy Larchian has an extensive education history. Kathy first attended New York University from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Spanish. Following this, they pursued their studies at Hunter College from 1992 to 1996, focusing on Anthropology. Later, they attended the NYU Stern School of Business from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Management & Organizational Behavior.
