Connie Kreutzer has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Connie started their career in 1982, holding various institutional equity trading positions as a sales trader and market maker. In 1992, they became the Managing Director of Equity Trading at Driehaus Securities, where they built and managed a global equity trading desk and played a key role in launching one of the first emerging market trading desks in the country. Connie joined Banc of America Investments in 2000 as a Managing Director, successfully managing the Chicago Equity Sales Trading team and covering hedge fund clients. From 2005 to 2006, they worked at Melvin Securities as an International Equity Sales Trader. Connie then joined Lambright Financial Solutions in 2006 as the Director of Global Equity Trading, where they built and managed a global equity trading desk and executed global equity orders for large asset managers. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Director at Knight Equity Markets. In 2010, they joined JMP Securities as a Director in Institutional Equity Sales and Trading, where they increased client revenues by 40% year-over-year. Since 2012, they have been working at Penserra, initially as a Managing Director and then as the Head of Institutional Sales, where they are responsible for institutional financial services sales and management. Connie is also a member of the management and strategy teams at Penserra. Additionally, they hold the role of Managing Director - Co-Head of Global Equity, where they co-manage the global equity team and provides equity execution in various markets. Connie Kreutzer's experience includes expertise in global equity trading, institutional sales, and managing trading teams.
Connie Kreutzer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northern Illinois University. Connie also completed a Certificate program in ESG from UN-PRI. Additionally, they completed a Certificate program in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. In terms of certifications, Connie obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander, Communicating Across Cultures, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Unconscious Bias.
