Nicolas Lemmin

Nicolas Lemmin is an experienced professional in real estate and architectural project management, currently serving as Bauherrenvertreter Projektleiter at Pensimo Management AG since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolas held the position of Real Estate Invest Manager at Zurich Invest AG from September 2020 to February 2023 and managed real estate and financial operations as Responsable patrimoine immobilier et mobilier at La Fédération ecclésiastique catholique romaine du canton de Vaud (FEDEC-VD) between May 2015 and August 2020. As the founder and director of Lemmin Nicolas Architecte from April 2013 to November 2018, Nicolas directed various architectural projects, having also served as Chef de projet at Fruehauf Henry & Viladoms Sàrl and Luscher Architectes SA. Nicolas holds a Master of Architecture from EPFL and additional qualifications in real estate management from SVIT Suisse romande.
