Jolanda Miltenburg

Jolanda Miltenburg has over three decades of experience in management and administrative roles, primarily in facilities management. Since January 2021, Jolanda serves as Manager Facilitair Beheer at Pensioenfonds Rail & Openbaar Vervoer. Prior to this, Jolanda was with SPF Beheer bv from September 1992 to January 2021, where responsibilities included Manager Facilitair Beheer, Medewerker P&O, and Medewerker Administratieve Ondersteuning. Jolanda began the career at NV Nederlandse Spoorwegen as an Ecabo-leerling from August 1990 to September 1992. Educational qualifications include training from Forsa-Advies in 2017 and ISBW Opleidingen in 1998-1999, alongside earlier education at Ecabo and MAVO De Vlier - Houten.
