David Muller

David Muller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and IT project management. Currently, David serves as a Manager in the Financial Management Services Division at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) since July 2013. Prior to this role, David held various positions including IT Program Manager for Business Systems at the US Department of the Navy from April 2008 to July 2013, and Senior Policy Advisor for Science and Innovation at the British Embassy from April 2004 to April 2008. David's earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Corporate Secretary Records at Mirant, and as a Graduate Student and Laboratory Supervisor at Emory University. Educational credentials include an MS in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University School of Business, an MBA in Business and Finance from Georgia State University, and a BS in Biology and Chemistry from The College of Idaho.
