With a background in economics and an MBA in Strategic Management, Russell has a strong focus on ensuring that IT services meet current and future business requirements in a cost-effective manner. Prior to their current position at The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, Russell held various roles at CSC, NTT Ltd., Sprint, and the U.S. House of Representatives.
