Iain Watts

Iain Watts is an experienced professional in pension operations with expertise gained over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Pension Operations Analyst at Pension Insurance Corporation plc since October 2023, Iain has previously held significant leadership roles including Team Leader at British Airways Pensions from June 1999 to October 2023. Prior to that, Iain worked as a Senior Administrator at Hogg Robinson Group PLC and Rothschild & Co, and began a career in pensions administration at RSA in Latin America. Iain's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Business Studies and Insurance from Crawley College, completed between 1988 and 1990, following attendance at Ardingly College from 1982 to 1988.
