Shireen Panchoo has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1999 as an HR Generalist at Edward Jones. Shireen was responsible for recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and implementing new policies. In 2006, they worked as an HR Consultant at Willis before joining Alvarez & Marsal in 2009. At Alvarez & Marsal, Shireen held multiple roles, including European Operations Manager and European HR Manager. In these roles, they led the HR team, managed employee processes, developed performance management systems, and advised senior leaders on people strategies.
