Shireen Panchoo

Shireen Panchoo has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1999 as an HR Generalist at Edward Jones. Shireen was responsible for recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and implementing new policies. In 2006, they worked as an HR Consultant at Willis before joining Alvarez & Marsal in 2009. At Alvarez & Marsal, Shireen held multiple roles, including European Operations Manager and European HR Manager. In these roles, they led the HR team, managed employee processes, developed performance management systems, and advised senior leaders on people strategies. Since 2015, Shireen has been the Head of Human Resources at Pension Insurance Corporation.

Shireen Panchoo earned a BA Hons Degree in French Language from Staffordshire University between 1991 and 1995. Shireen later pursued a Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at London Metropolitan University from 2004 to 2005.
